Its Sunday! (= yippy another usual dae waking up late,tts moi...Then received a sms frm Qin asking wana join Louisa & Dage for dinner later..Of cuz,its been a super long time since our last outing wit them,wahaha..Qin always have new makan hideouts that mi & darling seldom explore hidden in Spore..cuz he dun bother to racky those hotspots...tsk tsk..Louisa brought us to this basement at Golden Mile Centre where is bursting wit peeps,and theme was steamboat!! I was craving for tt since last week pestering darling to bring mi to satisfy my tastebuds but annoyingly he refused cuz both of us were nt big eaters so kinda waste $$ ,rather haf it in a group instead..more worth it loh..well Louisa was spot on..The shop is called Thien Kee Steamboat if i didnt rem it wrongly..Their signature dish was e deep fried prawn fritters and hainanese white chicken and steamboat is standard wit e usual stuffs like (lettuce,pork,liver,fishball,sotong and others too long to list out).Anyway,is reali cheap n yummilicious (= ....so damn full after tt..decided to pop by e food centre opposite to try e chocolate belgian waffles,bagus....e extra topping of e warm fuzzy chocolate dip..uncle was super generous in e amount!!! tHey even gt a Facebook account..Close to 8pm after dinner,still early thou still need to work tomorrow )= so Qin jio to watch $$ no enough 2..was kinda bored cuz i wasnt reali into Jack Neo movies n it was all spoken in alien Hokkien/Teochew language which i totally dun understand at all...But since majority wanted to see,so cant be spoiler rite...so go loh...In e end,verdict i gave was 7/10...super damn funny wit e overall cast n e story was also veri touching lah..(imagine darling hubby is tearing leh,thou i didnt wana step on his ego)...didnt regret watching at all...

Its been a super duper long time since i last updated my bloggie in here,coz i am nt reali familar wit the settings on this bologspot thingy..Rather i having been blogging in my multiply instead (= Just came back frm my teambuilding trip at Bintan last Sat..An annual thingy for my company to bond wit my fellow collegues,however something different is that i was transferred over to HR dept last Dec,after deciding tt my current job is way too monotonous for me,everydae logging in to the same old system,allocating car orders! I can even do it wit my eyes closed (kinda wasted since i got my biz deg and doing meaningless routine boring jobs) consider me as a low rank & file staff,being a deg holder...ItS time for me to get out of my comfy zone and strive for something totally new and challenging.Thanks to my superior mummy who fought for me a chance n tadaH,i was accepted after rounds of interview by my HR director tt he finalli accepted me into HR... grin grin (=My position nw is hmm sounds much better - HR executive rather than to be called CO (clerical officer,for heaven sake ----they shld reali change the title to admin assisitant will sound better rite) For mi, the title is important to me at least people regard u as a higher level above those that are lower than u (yeah,tts reality in working life >_<) tts hw u survive in this political world putting on ur "plastic mask" to work every dae...

Into my current new HR job,thou i am stuck in a room wit my boss,he has a room and i am sitted outside,pheWww,facing e 4 walls isolated frm my fellow collegues...strange thing is actualli i find my office quite a nice cozy corner wit no1 to spy on wad u r doing unlike for those seated outside..have to be on constant lookout for those sneaky passerbys...haha,for mi is ULTImaTE F.R.e.E.d.O.m !! Boss is super nice and flexible and learning new stuffs everydae...Hopefully i can climb up to be a manager 1 dae..Gtta work extra hard so to achieve my new aspired goals since after boss send mi back to skol once again (tsk tsk...),but its all for my own future..so greatly appreciated,keke ...Gd news is tt we are going to buy our wedding bands sometime next month and frm there,going to be kept busy wit all e upcoming plans...so Tata for nw...till my next blog

Yesterdae suppose to go out but then darling's cousin passed away suddenly! so he had to pop over and settle e funeral thingy so we didnt get to go out as usual..So guai guai stay @t hme loh lazing ard doing ntg,surfing net n Facebook.So happy that my LONG AWAITED BONUS IS FINALLY HERE!!!! another 2 weeks (= haf already drawn a long wishlist of what i wanted(**cant wait to set my hands upon it,another madness of retail therapy**) So we decided to meet todae and haf our lunch at our usual haunt.Then off to Orchard to haf a look at my vintage dress i spotted in the mag but too bad no mre )= Decided to heAD for hme but who noes a twist of fate landed both of us to the wrong level and we were in front of a game shop.Since i finally gave darling e $$ to buy his PSP (which he was still tinking where to get e cheapest deal)..Evil mi started to psycho him to go in and i SUCCEDED,muahahah) super awsome package deal of $375 with all things included..Also i get to play lah coz it will come in handy during our KL trip this March..~Wohoo~

Bought a LV luggage taG for myself last Sat during my return trip frm Jap and aso accompany Qin to LV (oreadi self-declaRed bankrupt of e aftermath of endless shoppin) as Qin gt 1 for her best fren Wendy and gt e taggy embossed with her initialS W.G. She can hang it with her LV speedy quite nice.Qin gt it at Bangkok LV for juz $56!!! Tink is e cheapesT thing u can get it at LV loh..Qin was sweet enuf to ask if i wanTed she can help mi to get it in BKK,of cuz!!! OnCe we reached LV entrance it was oreadi a super long queue liao e tag was for collection,so she called her boSS who is a VVIP customer,ask him to show his fAce and we can juz walk in without queuein,haha (= so save e trouble i asked e sales staff if there is any mre stock available for e LV Tag since heard its oreadi sold out in Spore,sadly there is no mre stk liao )= so gtta wait loh..AfTer collecting her tag,we headed to Liat Tower ZarA and shooped for a little while b4 heading for our dinner.I rem beside e shopping centre therE was another LV boutique at Hilton Hotel so my evil tots came in and told Qin wana try our luck??? OKiE!!! So we went in,thEre wasnt a single soul in e boutique and i asked if theRe is still e TaG available and thank my lucky starS,tHere is only 1 pieCe lefT price $62!! Got it wrapped and wahlah,e rest is history(dardar was quite pissed looking at his fAce,anyway he didnt follow us and headed straight to e restaurant instead)**hw sweet & Totful of Qin** wheRe to find so nice fRens nwadaEs..So nice of Qin & Louisa,2gether wit Dage,Anthony & his girlfren Wendy to celebrate my 26Th birthdae at Far East Shopping Centre a western restauraunt all served by senior citizens,kinda cool ya called Shaslik.Its located at 6th level cum out of the lift toward ur left hidden at a corner.E ambience kinda dim and packeD i wud say and we weRe quite lucky to haf spoTTed a celebritY couple and juz next door table weRe DJ Rosalind Pho (starred in Girls Aloud wit famous bloggEr Xiaxue),Elvin Heng (starred in e EaT aiR movie??) dont recall him leh...Oh,forgot to tell who is e couple u might be guessin....its none other than Michelle Chia and her dearie Shaun Chen,both as preeti and yandao la hor...but a bit dao la coz Media corp artistes ma so much show some diva status loh..My digi cam fail me tt night damn so no picS uploaded.

It was DaGe's birthdae celebration and Qin suggested we go Ang Mo Kio e famous zi char called Melleben at Blk 232 Ave 3...Heard e queue is damn long and haf to wait for hours juz to get seats let alone order food.Reached there about 6pm after we went to fetch Qin n Louisa frm Tiong Bahru Plaza (i juz gt my Burberry Blue Label frm dearie Qin thru her recommendation (= quite alrite la abt $370 for a reversible tote bag can have 2 diff designs for all daEs...kawaiii nei..muackzzzz Ordered quite a lot of food leh ,their signature crab bee hoon soup,playboy chicken (eat oreadi garantee you wont becum playboy la hor,teased by e young ah beng but quite handsum wan hor) lucky darling didnt see me admiring him or rather flirtin wit him,,so bad of me rite...chilli & black pepper crabby,toufu,yam rings and some mre la hor...So bloody full after our dinner,decided to chill out and theY suggested to go KTV...oh my,out of all places y go sing song (i hate it!!) coz i dun sing at all,scared e windows will crack any min once i open my mouth.. Ever since darling started his IT course i am super bored to death.His lessons is every Mon,Wed and Fri can you imagine even Fri is burnt!! (Celest,if u so happen to read tis,u shld know wad to do wor,grin grin)..So decided to catch a movie,since i am super hooked onto horror movie so went to catch Resident Evil ThE Extinction coz oreadi watched e previous sequels to it and Supermodel Milla Jovich is starring in it as Project Alice,awesome when she whipped out her gunS and knives start slashing those half dead hideous looking like zombies,**hw cool**...Wonder if there wud be another story,seems like is never ending ba...Well,gt a pair of GV complimentary passes frm my marketing gals yippY but hor cant use leh only valid for those no free list movies meaning ONLY CAN WATCH THOSE STALE OUTDATED MOVIES LOh,bummER....)= lucky we sign up for e GV free membership popcorn card and ticks we paid only $6.50 cheap rite...Wahahaha..after tt went for Crystal Jade for late dinner...TTs all peepS

Saturdae arrived finalli after a week of work (= decided to meet darling and venture to City Plaza a map located in case curious peeps wana check out tis plaCe (where all the wholesale clothes,accessories u can find at a reasonable price)was browsing thur Xiaxue bloggie n chanced upon her reco and decided to make a trip to see if i can sweep anytg frm theRe.Took e tube all the way to Paya Labar,its freakin damn hot weather lo and we haf to walk all e way to tt place,can u imagine i was literally "FRIED" under e scotchin sun,arghhhh!!! i was aso super hungry i juz wan FOOD...e place didnt reali attract me coz its The Malays(kinda racist la me) who conquerE theRe as i recall its near Geylang Serai.So run down and ntg much its juz like Chinatown CompleX,sucks loh,went looking for place to eat,zoomed into e directory map ntg much only 1 pathetic restaurant tt we can go to which is Arnolds Fried Chicken guess there isnt much choice lefT rite*** ordered 1 fish n chip and chicken set meal total of $18 incl drinks & 1 mash potato..chicken was nt bad thou a bit spicy for dar,mine was flour was mre than e fish and is so hard tt i nearly broke my teeth...haha after tt went to racky e shops to my disappointment ntg interesting ,e clothes were boring and NOT CHEAP,shoes relatively e same price as those @t Far East Plaza (rather go there than here loh) lol..we headed right off to Marina and catch a movie call Shoot Them Up.

Bill cums up to a whopping $51.08 very pricey for 1 lunch woR..After tt,went for my shopping spree yet again..Bought a pair of rubbery n super lightweight apricot color shoe,quite cheap $27 (saW at Chinatown Shop sellin @t $24 BUT DUN HAF MY SIZE,feet too long)..Since there is still a long way to go b4 6pm,went to Taka and look for a pouCh to dump all my cosmetics inside wadever reasons i can find to buy sumtg 2dae...Earlier wanted to buy Gucci wan,then so expensive consider the size,nt worth tt amt of $$$..TempTed,steppEd into Coach boutique**super packed wit peeps,tot got salE** no lah nw got mre buying powEr mah economy booming,earning big buckS so can splurGe loh..Scannned thru and wah la,found my coach poach or rather like a shape of a pencil case..Got 3 colors to chose frm orange,denim,brown(sold out)..Darling wasnt e least interested coz my usual wasting of $$$ to buy so call branded stuff..Settled for e denim coz its e latest design,called for a new piece and stupid darling started mumblin to himself! muz be saying no mre new piece la,true EnUf!!! feel so jinxed lo..pinched at him n recall Raffles City got 1 boutique n asked e sales lady to check whether they haf a new piece there,pheWw i was so lucky! haha to e dismay of darling reaction...wink wink (= quickly asked her to reserved it for me and we took a bus there...Uploaded my snapshotS

At last,i gt my Anya Hindmarch "I am not a plastic bag" from my off sales ladY who managed to get 1 for me frm her sweety huBBy..and e swEetest thing was she let mi chose which color i wanted as Anya launched 3 different colors-Blue (USA version), Grey(Asia version),Purple (breast cancer foundation)..Sadly no mre bags are goin to be launched worldwide.

Liqin gt free entrance tickets to the NiGht SaFaRi...So onli managed to get 4 tickets =Mi,dardar,Louisa and Qin..We fixEd on 4th Aug 07 (Sat)..Meet darling n the rest at West Mall and drovEd there,pheww..luckily is nt take public transport there..hehe..coz tts me,too pamperEd by darling so die die muz haf the comfort of caR loh.ReacHed there ard 7pm and we were quite excited by the sight surroundings,wit poles of firEs everywheRe..Went to grab our dinner 1st..tot of the ulu ulu restAurant but itS freAkin Damn expensivE!! imagine 6 bbq chicken wingS cost $15 and a ordinaRy small cup of sugarcane juice for $5 !wich u can drink like 2 of it..Finalli we zoomEd into Bongo BurGer..Louisa gt e fish burGer set,Qin and Mi gt e beef burGer set and dardar gt the bbq chicken seT...Total of $54 incld drinks as well..portion is damn huge~~can shaRe if u're nt tt hungRy~~shld last u for e whole niTe,grin grin...We sat at a veri gd spot whereby the native tribal show starTed wit a bunch of black lookiNg african guys clad in torn n tattered clothes and staRted speWWing huGe balls of FIRE!! SPEctacular(yaakin away,cant decipher w** are they yellin)..was kindA shocked when they gulp down bottles of kerosene(yeWW,hw yucky is tt) juz to make those fiery balls of flamEs,imagine 3 shows per nite.they muz haf gulp dwn dunnoe hw many zillion litreS of those man...anyWay,coz we were seated so near e show,poor qin was complaining as she was oreadi sweatin due to e intenSe heat..AftEr e meal,met qin's ex collegue who was wrking @t 1 of the retail shops and thanks to her thru secRet channels she manaGed to get us FREE TRAM RIDES!! WOHOOO hw luckY!!

Already entrance we saved almost $22 per pax n another $10...had to queue lah but managed to get e best seats right at de back..shiok (: Hmm,e ride is all round the nite safari into diff zone areas) everywheRe was reali pitchEd black n you can heaR e cricketS singing in symphony plus itS damn smelly(+_+) all e poo poo of e animals..stupid dardar knew i was quite a scaredy cat and scared mi suddenly wit his hands crawlling up on my e other side )= lucky i didnt scream out loud if nt tot wad happen and scarE the animals away loh...E ride endEd and we were juz in time for e last programme of e nite "CREATURES OF E NITE" SHOW started at 9.30pm sharp..grabbed for e best seaTs,quite front la coz muz get gd view mah...E indian lady quite entertaining,gt us pARticipating in e show. forgot her name..there was tis tight rope hanging across e audience seats,wonder "who" is goin thru tt rope leh..~scaRed~so at e finale of e show,2 black thingY were like walkin on e rope juz popped out of nowhere and e best part was they staged a mini situation whereBy there was a small problem and we muz help to find tt thInGy!!!

Well,u neber noe where it is hidden (coz heard it was a damn bloody long python) sign a relief coz we were nt seated underneath a wooden box so thank our lucky sTaRs)..After e show,were thirst like hell so dardar drove us to Bukit timah to a little corner call Liquid CaFe and settled for our last supper..HeRe are e pics peepS..Enjoy

Went out yesterdae wit darling to our fave haunt Marina Square at ard 2pm..Supposed to mit at JE MRT at 1pm who noes darling managed to get e car frm his sis..Gave me a call n waited for him..Yippy dun ned to squeeze! haha...We were kinda broke so decided to haf our lunch at food court...Dar ordered his usual curry chicken wing laksa mee and me,circling and racky see wad im goin to haf for my lunch,oreadi super damn hungry,so settled for chicken rice..After our lunch,went for $$$ damage yet again.tis time my list juz popped up into my mind..Got myself thesE shopping items...wahahahah

1) Zara Tops x2 total damage of $70 (**simply in black**) was eyeing at a pair of Zara silvery sexy heels but too bad,ran out of my size )=

Close to ard 6pm ,gt a call frm dar's frens on any activities later,so suggested to catch the movie ALONE,frm the direcotrs of THAILAND HORROR MOVIE SHUTTER! E Story is abt a pair of conjoined twins suffer the ill fated twist after they were being separated...Pim and Ploy were e lead characters in e movie and fighting for the love attention of childhood guy Wee.. Who noeS evil Ploy killed her twin Pim and replaced her (wad a twist ya)..Sucks at horror movie when e creepy noiseS staRts playing in e background...Seated kinda front,DAGE booked F8-11 so screen is damn big n HUGE especially watching these kinda scenes,reali scare e hella out of me..Grabbed darling sleeves and thruout e show,half of my eyes weRE virtually CLOSED SO.....THE!

aFter e movie,parted our own ways as sleepy darling wanted to go hme,so no late nite supper wit his frens...

I am finalii back frm my Bintan trip!! Actuali is my company organising a 2D 1 N Team Building..I wasnt too keen to go at 1st as i simply hate the scorching sun! arrghh,cant imagine getting my skin burnt and the sian part was my "auntie" came to find me at the wrong timing..Y! Y! of all daEs,stupid rite..Dampen my whole mood oreadi loh...**tusk tusk**..After much persuasion frm Joean,Peiling and Evelyn,i decided to go afterall,accomodation,makan everything fully sponsored by company y dun go rite..rather than doin ntg in the off for 2 daes,summre no ned to apply leave! killing two birds wit 1 stone..wahahaha..Heard frm my sales peepS tt e last trip they went wAS equalli scary,tales of jumpin dwn a 6 storeY building wit juz a safety harness wasnt enuf to convinced my of trying lo..ScAred of Heights lei...Luckily,e activities for this trip was quite relaxing..NO DaRIng StuntS to Be ATTempTeD!!!
